Original Engine Blades

A turbine blade from a jet engine that spent years at temperature and speed. These blades are recovered from various stages of retired engines, sourced from airlines and engine manufacturers worldwide. Each has been through thousands of cycles.

Blades are machined from titanium because nothing else survives the job: enormous rotational load, extreme heat, and decades of thermal cycling. Holding one is the closest most people get to the working heart of an aircraft.

Two finishes

• Chrome plated, supplied with a ring, polished to a mirror finish
• Original titanium, uncoated, exactly as it came out of the engine

What to expect

Every blade is different. Stage, size, profile and surface marking all vary depending on which engine and which section it came from. Photographs are a guide, not a specification. If you need a particular size or finish, ask before ordering and we will tell you what is currently in hand.
