MotoArt’s latest aircraft - the iconic supersonic fighter Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 - has arrived! This record-setting jet aircraft has made its lasting mark on history and in the hearts of aviation enthusiasts since its debut in 1955. 

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 is a supersonic jet fighter and interceptor aircraft, designed by the Mikoyan-Gurevich Design Bureau in the Soviet Union. Also called "balalaika" after a stringed musical instrument it resembles and “Fishbed” by NATO, the MiG-21 is the most recognizable Soviet aircraft and also the most produced combat aircraft since the Korean War. It remains one of the most versatile aircraft ever produced, adaptable by any air force according to their specific needs and is still in use today. The Mikoyan-Gurevich MIG-21UM (Uchebnyy "Training" Modernizovannyy "Modernized") variant was a two seat training variant, a version of the MiG-21MF.
