After the Boeing 737, 747 and 777, now finally the first B757 in our aviation day fleet: A warm "Welcome!" From the former Delta Air Lines with registration N646DL!
In 1989 the machine with the Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 24217 and Line Number 217 was produced in Renton and handed over by Boeing to Delta Air Lines. Until 2008 she flew with the registration N646DL before being prescribed a 2-year rest in Victorville. Her second spring then started in 2010 before she was finally retired in 2014.
We managed to preserve a few very nice pieces of original aircraft skin from the Boeing 757 of the Sky Team founding member, so that the N646DL is preserved for posterity at least as an aviation day.
